JapCan Cat-back Stainless Steel Exhaust

Hi all,

I'm interested in upgrading to a full 3" system throughout, just testing the waters to see if anyone is interested purchasing this exhaust system if I go ahead with the idea.

I bought this from Steve-VR4-Ish back in March, at which point the back box was brand new, it's since covered a mere 1500 or so miles since then so it's effectively still as good as new.

It's worth noting that this exhaust is LOUD at WOT yet has a very nice rumble at the lower RPMs. As you can see from the pic, it protrudes quite a fair bit on a Galant so it may be more suited to a Legnum. Internal diameter is 2.5" throughout, perfectly fine for most VR-4s under 300HP or so, you only need to consider 3" if you're looking to get bigger power gains (which I am).

Exhaust came off the car safely earlier today, not sure how easy this is gonna be to get up there Karl, I am in Holmfirth on Saturday 8th October if you're able to get that far?

I shook Compo's hand a few months before he passed away, he sponsored the local ATC squadron, place won't be much in 10 years though.

Oh watch out for the needle bins that are around the bus/coach depo bit dodgy if you are me?

It's been cleaned up recently, still got chavs hanging around late at night though, wouldn't be surprised if there was stuff still hidden in the undergrowth.

Compo was just awesome bud. Glad they have cleaned it up. Just trying to think when I was there? probably around 1998 or 99?

Quit a shock seeing the needle bin out side the r2d2 toilet that used to spray you in water after 10 minutes if you didn't finish you doings!

Lovely place dude but is it still got that one way system? As for the chavs they were there when I was back then, great racing circuit around the town too!

Do they still have trollys & lorrys in the stream running through it?
