How To:Contact Committee or Moderators.
Thought you did that already, i know that i do hypothetically speaking of course. About time they woke up and realised its not the 1960's anymore.
Oil tanker captains say their ships have turning circles of Legnum VR4's
Do what you like Andy.
Just tell em that I said it was OK.
I am not too bothered about the motorway speed limit.
When is the government going to realise if they had government run track days that were not too expensive, they would be fully book every weekend and because everybody that wanted to get there kicks on the track, there would not be a problem on the roads. Wishful thinking I know.
Bye for Now!
Oh crap!!!
The thing that is getting me about this is the government think this is going to help the economy. My question is why wait 2 years?
its about time they upped the limit
I think this is more than just wishful thinking, its insane! Having track days, even free ones will do nothing to stop the sales rep from speeding to his next appointment, or the continental lorry driver who wants to be home for the weekend. The speed limits do need to be looked at again and I'm all for increasing them where sensible as well as reducing them where necessary.
As usual there are certain groups in society who already care nothing for the laws of the land and they will continue to be the one who spoil things fro the rest of us.
'97 Manual Legnum in silver with some subtle mods
My first VR4 - '97 Legnum Dark Green & mean ...it was love at first sight - now sold
We've had 40% of our speed limits decreased over here, my question would be to the individuals behind this thinking why?
Speed is not the huge factor in accidents (this has been proven) by the powers that be it's the squidgy dickhead chav thing behind the steering wheel commonly known as a "HUMAN" that is to 87% of the time causing them!!!
I'm not opposed to either way as they are "ONLY THERE" as an advisory so do what ever speed you like up to the advised recommended number.
This will be just a rouse to keep the UK motorist sweet (sorry Andy the raise doesn't apply past Engrand) as they will find something else to butt fck the motorist over.
Why does the lorry drivers not squeal anymore over fuel? from what I have heard is the government lowered road tax to sweeten them up! If that's what I heard is correct?
Anyways if speed limits are raised or decreased there will always be that one knob who will ignore them & go out & cause that fatal accident, we all know that.
