well i gone and done it, done the deal on the V70R volvo , needing 7 seats was the deal maker, business has picked up for me now dont think I will ever be a millionaire but got cash flow moving better now, so here is my new drive,,,,,,,,,,

1997 volvo V70R
Saffron Gold (hence ginger ninja from the kids)
300-320bhp???(need a rolling road to see what the chip and re-map have done)
had a good drive in her yesterday to see davej (thanks again for the inverter loan pal) and she was a dream to drive, not quite as quick off the mark as the leggie but from 20mph up she pulls like a train I bottled out at 167mph on the satnav (i have a friend who rents an part of an old airstrip for teaching learner drivers) leather, heated electric seats, computer etc etc

I had a V70 some years ago, it had a computer also. The one time I hated looking at it was when it gave realtime MPG.
Specialy when it was cold, and I was taking off in 1st gear, it would display 1 to 2 MPG. That image had a longterm effect on me.
It looks a really nice car, enjoy it.

ha ha I know that feeeling when i pasted it she was showing 5-7mpg actual but on the long run average was 32.4mpg happy days

Nice purchase, this with AWD was once my dream car. Bought a Leggie instead though as they were far more money and I didn't need 7 seats
