i would say yes, judging by spoke design, but as there only et28 you could always bang an 8mm spacer in there if they dont, but id say 95% yeah they will be fine.
but you do realise they are staggered, so will you will need some clever mathmatics to not mess up your ayc/awd??
Looking at that design and those specs, almost certainly!
Ask the supplier if they fit Brembo-equipped Evo 5-9, to be certain.

no, u have awd, meaning all your wheels turn att he same speed.
if you have staggered wheels, your rolling radius will need to be within 1-2% of each other otherwise your wheels will try to turn at different speeds.
a 225/40 and a 255/40 will be a different size, becasue the tyre wall (the 40) is a percentage of the width, so with a greater width, the tyre wall becomes greater, increasing the diameter, thus increasing the circumference.
Yes, your centre diff might not like it too much!
However, Confused has a similar set up, and the 255s are a 35 profile equivalent, so that the rolling radii of the front and back are very similar.
the next query will be will a 255 on a 9 on a et33 fit
thats a question i wouldnt know as that offset is way too high for me
9's all round would be easier
using this site http://www.willtheyfit.com
and comparing my rear wheel specs to that 9 on a 255/35, they will only fit if the arches are rolled and the car is low (imo) as i have 225/40/18 on an et20, and my wheels are right out on the edge, that 9 on an et33 will sit where my wheel sits according to that site. but go further in obviously.
These were my other two choices :-

I like those second ones, very much!
the d2's are really nice and you would see the brembo calipers better,
Will the D2's fit with this offset ?
As elnevio says, I've got staggered wheels - 8x17 and 9x17, running 235/45/17 and 255/40/17 tyres respectively, and have done well over 40k miles since I've had the car.
Can't say I've noticed any issues at all. (Well, other than I've got stick-on arch extentions all round, and the previous owner cut away parts of the rear arches before I got the car!)
Do u know what offsets your running garry? As im currently shopping about for my next set and knowing what offset a 255 fits on will help.
I might have the wheels off at the weekend to put some wheel sealer on them as I've just had them all refurbished, so if I get a chance to do that, I'll get the offsets from them.
When loaded with 5 people and going round corners hard or over large bumps fast, I do get a very small amount of rubbing from the rear, but other than that, nothing at all - but as I said, the arch itself has been cut out! (I'll try to grab a photo of that, too)
