4th Annual Moffat meet 14th of April.

Its that time of year again to start this meet thread

This Meet is the 1st Scottish meet of the year & has been growing each year.

Usually have the meet on the last weekend of February but have moved it this year to the 1st weekend of March. For Brian(roadrunner) & for them that get paid at the start of the month can may be make a better weekend of it.

For those of you fancy coming but haven't been before here is some info of the meet.

For us coming from the North we usually meet here for around 12pm than convoy down the A701 then meet up with the others in the large car park just out side Moffat to kick tyres then go for some food.

Some of us make a weekend of it & stay over & its a piss up on the Saturday night

For those of us that stay we usually stay here

The food arrangements were a bit of a shambles last year cause there was around 14 of us & the hotel wouldn't let us book in advance so this year once I have an idea of numbers I'll see if I can get somewhere booked even if its just outside Moffat.

This is not just for the Scottish Members. Keith(Valleyforge1) has made it to the last 3 & Rob(Robbovr4) made it last year.

So come on guys lets make this the biggest & best Moffat meet yet.

Might be a good time to get this in, as it is before the main show season starts, and thus we haven't spent all our money yet!

Don't think we will all be able to stay in the same Hotel Unless we look to somewhere else close by.

Sorry for leaving this so long but I have been drunk most of the festive period

I thought about moving the meet to the following weekend the 10th but the Balmoral hotel is fully booked that weekend too

So thought about Here A little bit more expensive but there seems to be plenty rooms left.
