Does an EVO Throttle Body fit on a VR4?
Updating Soon!! 1998 Legnum VR4, fully serviced every 4500 miles. Fully Amsoil'd. Falken 453's, EVO 8 FQ320 rear diff.
Straight fit i wouldn't have thought so. Totally different part number. But pretty much any throttle body can be made to fit. But are there any beneficial gains to be had?

Isn't stock evo TB smaller than ours?
Ex: Galant VR4
Running 268 HP ATW and 443 Nm torque at 0.9 bar
Now: Lancer Evolution 8 FQ-300
Running 325 HP ATW and 510 Nm torque at 1.6 bar
There are a lot of evo's running high bhp, using larger throttle bodies designed to fit straight onto standard evo intake manifolds, just wondering if the standard evo one fits then the aftermarket larger ones will also fit, so a possible option for larger throttle bodies for VR4.
dont think its worth the bother unless the car is starting to make big power
