The sessions that we have purchased from the Japfest website went missing in the post!– But don't fear, Nev has spoken to Japfest (who can’t resend them) and agreed that the 2 Session N Tickets will be available for collection on the day. I spoke to Phil this morning and he will be "the-responsible-one", Nev will post him a signed email supplied by Japfest, Phil should present this on the day (including proof of identity) and the Tickets will be released.
Sorry for the inconvenience but at least it’s an afternoon session so there’s no rushing around!

How much space do we have on the stand?
How many stand passes have we issued?
Prev we have had enough space to squeeze in an extra car or two particularly where they were involved in track sessions
Of course this year that is not important as we only have two cars on track...
Entry tickets through the club means i can have my car on our stand, right?

The postman cant find Hastings Den.how come everyones got there tickets except me?He's got all weekend, so Tuesday i expect. Will give you a call tomorrow or Monday mate.
