needing seals done

the last time serviced the car i found a small amount of oil in the rear bank with the plugs, so im reconing im going to have to replace these along with the seals, im not fit enough yet to work on the car just now but oil needs changing anyway, so my question is

on average how much would people recon a garage would charge to do this? the only place near me is extreme motorsport but id need to sell a limb first.

there is a place in falkirk who i can get for £40 an hour and they have a good reputation

they do track days and stuff and supposedly look after cars as if they are their own. family run garage which i usually go for anyway

will do richie, yep i can drive but not too far. we still need to meet up for the containers

if you need the car dropping off with these guys let me know mate im fully comp and that includes driving other cars. i can leave my car at your place and drop your car off for you. they are about half a mile from my place. failing that give me a shout and i will put the kettle on
getting those things isnt a problem either. i still have 7 or so
