£2300 for a manual with no mods and a pub carpet interior...
Doesn't make me feel bad about loosely estimating my cars worth somewhere around £3500

Hi Was,
It's not listed for sale because I'm not actively looking to sell it, I might be persuaded though if the price is right, it's gonna be serviced soon with a refurbished AYC pump fitted.
Believed to be the only PFL Legnum parked on my drive unless you know otherwise.

Looks ok, the wheels dont look great but deffinately a good starting point....... no mods probably means its not been ragged too much..... it's a shame the pictures are pants.....
And manual or auto the VR4 is a fantastic and almost unknown monster....... both manuals and auto's have their pro's and cons........

Thats a good looking motor and not been pissed about with.
thats a classic wolf in sheeps clothing. it really doesnt look like much at all, maybe a 1.8 or 2.0 but as those of us in the know are aware, that is definately not the case. stealth mode ON

Why has this not been bought?!
can't imagine you'd do better for what would probably end up at not much more than 2 grand! A nice set of wheels and that car would be transformed into a proper mean machine. Maybe it's over it's 60k service interval and hasn't been done, bodywork might be crappy, tyres might be ragged. Even so, thats a proper motor for knackered diesel ford focus money!
Never argue with a fool – they will drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience!
yep, any of those would make it 2 grand rather than 2300. If I didn't already have an estate (or a wife) I'd love to buy it too but given that I have both and prefer to sleep in a bed rather than a car, I'll just hope someone of here finds that cash for it instead!
If I had the money, I'd have bought it for 2k myself. It seems to be priced to be talked down to 2k anyway.
Hmmm... I wonder if I could persuade the missus to drive it.....
A mate of mine is also thinking about this particular car having driven my legnum. He had an audi a6, then went out to buy a turbocharged car after working on mine. Ended up buying a S60 Volvo 2.4 LPT which he has had remapped and boosted running on LPG and it's surprisingly quick. But he wants AWD not FWD.. I think this pistonheads car will sell for 2k.. It's probably been sold already?
