going for it...lash adjusters

evening peeps...decided i can no longer stand the noise from the top end and going to do those pesky lash adjusters in a couple of weeks....what im after ,if anyone has done them,is a pointer in what gaskets i will probably need.....some part numbers as well would be even nicer,although could probably search them...............just been a lazy bugger....

You can get a tool, or make your own, that allows you to compress the valvespring, remove the follower, and take out the lash adjuster and replace it. you have to do one and turn the cam gear and then do another, i.e. when the point of the cam lobe is up away from the follower and the base of the lobe is pointing at the follower, you can comperss the spring etc.
This means you do not have to take off the timing belt and the cam gears and the cams, so saves a lot of work.
Only gaskets you would need would probably be the rocker cover rubber gaskets and O rings on the rocker cover for the spark plug holes. The intlet manifold one will be re usable if you are careful, (the rocker ones may be ok to re use also, but you won't know till you get them off!).
