Breaking FL 1998 VR4 (WHOLE CAR)

Hey folks,

I am considering (UPADTED: WILL BE) breaking my 98 Face Lift Pearl White Galant VR4 manual which has covered 103,000 miles and i'm the first and only UK owner. It has a terminal rust problem with the rear arches and in my opinion is worth more breaking for parts than a whole, although i'm open to offers!! Other than that it is in great condition and the engine pulls like a train!! If i do go ahead it will be 4 weeks (I will update if this slips) until parts start to come off the car.

I am looking to gauge interest (UPADTED: LOOKING FOR BUYERS) in parts on the car. Below is a list of the aftermarket parts plus guide prices, excl. P&P and i'm open to offers. There will also be all the other parts for the car available, and i do mean ALL!!!

Brembo's All round from Evo 9, including braided hoses, discs & yellow stuff pads (fitted in December 11) £400 or £500 with hubs provisionally sold

Hard Pipe kit (plus fitting hoses, wil chuck in heat wrap i use too) £30 Sold

Engine (103k miles) pulls strong and has only had Amsoil in it. Also had the lash adjusters done!! Offers
Gearbox may sell with engine or for a conversion and will include all parts to complete. Offers Provisionally sold (GEAR BOX ONLY)
Rear diff, no noises or warning lights. Offers
Standard intercooler and suspension also available.
All other parts available, including body panels.

Seems a shame, but if you do break it, I'd be interested in the rear wiper/motor assembly/switchgear etc.

Is there any rust on the bonnet?
Mines starting to go on the front edge so would potentially be interested

There is a little stone chipping and a small spec of rust, please see attached pic.

Hard pipe kit please

You got first refusal.

Just to be clear. The kit was the one from a group buy on here that caused a little friction between members due to a few imperfections on the inside of the pipes. In my opinion they would have no impact on the flow and my car certainly has strong boost. In any case i used my precision tool to grind back the worst of the welds remaining on the interior. I can post pics if needed. I don't want to cause a repeat of the group buy issues.

Front bumper is available in white and not sure of fitment. Hopefully a more knowlegeable member can confirm. You need foglights etc?
