This year will be Club VR-4's 10th year of existence, to celebrate this we will be holding what will hopefully be the largest event in our history, we are hoping that not only current members attend but also some old friends from the years gone by (if you know them, pass on the message)

The event is still in planning mode and as such is still subjective to change, so the following itinerary is only a rough plan and is open to suggestions.

Friday

• Meal for those who arrive, not paid for by CVR4.
• Drinks in bar, not paid for by CVR4.
• Chill out and catch up

Saturday

• Breakfast, not paid for by CVR4.

Curborough Race Tack

Curborough is situated off the A38 trunk road between Burton on Trent and Lichfield in Staffordshire.
The venue is Brown Signed once you are off the A38, and also the A515 from the West.
For those of you who need to programme a Sat Nav or GPS system, the following information may be of use:

POSTCODE: Curborough track does not have a specific Postcode, but you can use the one for the nearest property which is WS13 8EJ.
If you are entering an address in your Sat Nav we are in Netherstowe Lane off Wood End Lane.

Ok, I received confirmation of payment, we can start booking rooms...

The following email has just been sent out to all UK Members.

Hi Everyone.

I have received confirmation of our deposit payment and we have been given the go ahead to start booking rooms.

Our unique rate code is CARC200713.
Accommodation costs is £50 B&B. If family rooms are required there is a £10 supplement per child - There is a non-refundable deposit of £25 required at the time of booking with is also non-transferable.
To book these rooms please call central reservations on 0844 980 8050 quoting your rate code.

Once you have booked your room please can you also submit the following form, this is for our records to keep track of all attendees.

Primary accomodation
PLEASE NOTE: we have special rates at De Vere, we require a minimum of 20 rooms on Friday and 40 Rooms on Saturday for this special rate to apply.

What happens if the 40 rooms are not filled, is there an extra charge if so how much?

Just so members are aware if this happens!

There will be no affect on people booking the rooms, I.e. you won't be charged more however, it is in the clubs interest that people stay at the de vere, so I strongly advise people to take up this excellent offer.

For the price, it really seems difficult to beat, even by staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door!

As soon as payday arrives this month, our room will be booked!

Just tried to book a room for 2 nights for 2 adults and was told £65 per night??? Had words, but the girl was adament, so no room booked??? Over to you Barry.

Right, this should be sorted now.

The system wasn't updated as per the agreement, it's now been updated and I have also called central reservations to confirm. we are good to go, sorry about that!

It would spear their system still isn't updated they are asking 70 for the family rooms although the notes have the correct prices.
