i am absolutly confused, partly due to a cold and movin onto night shifts, i have 2 children plus me and my wife, so is that 70 squids per night meaning if i stay for the 2 nights it will cost £140?

Spoke to hotel today, system is confirmed as updated with correct pricing, twin rooms now also allocated.

10 Double Rooms
8 Family Rooms
2 Twin Rooms

20th
28 Double Rooms
8 Family Rooms
4 Twin Rooms

Depending on interest and numbers we can fine tune this closer to the date.

FYI: if you upgrade to a superior room, this will be an additional £15 and please note there are only 3 available.

Family rooms are 2 + 2 , My middle kids 5th birthday falls on the Sunday so i have to bring the us all or i will not see him on his birthday witch is a big fat NO . is there a room to accommodate 2 adults and 3 kids for both nights ?

I did bring this up in another thread. If there is no rooms for 2 adults & 3 kids I wont be there cause I'm not paying for 2 rooms. We'v had this problem quite a bit recently Do hotels not thing that family's don't have more than 2 kids?

I have confirmed both de vere and holiday inn have a policy of 2 adults, 2 children per family room - exception would be if 3rd required a cot.

I was told for people with more than 3 kids they would need a separate room.

However, 1 family room + 2 = £70 + 1 room @ £50 = £120

I was told they had rooms with adjoining rooms, I.e you can connect two rooms.

Now I've not checked but they may have a family room connecting to a double, which would be 60 + 50 = £110 - which, if they did allow 3 kids per room is a difference of £30. Therefore it would cos £30 for the 3rd child to have their own room Does that make sense?

It's not ideal, but it could be worked that you for example stay in a twin room with someone else either in the same situation or otherwise.

Final option could be just to not tell them.

Ok so here's the deal, if there are families with 3 children they will be allowed in the same room providing they are all under 7.

I have asked if we can get a discount on a second room for families who don't fall into this category. However this, if allowed would not be applicable to families with children over 18.

I'll et feedback on this tomorrow, as the latter is only a proposal from me.

• Balloon Modelling
• Interactive Magic
• Temporary Tattoos

We have booked them for 2 hours, exact timing to be confirmed closer to the time.

Re the 2+2 max per room thing.. In the past we've just winged it with our 3.. When checking in keep the kids away from reception. Then just weedle them in later on. As for the Brekkie. We normally wing that too
