Booking REFUSED because I should be calling a different number - the hotel sales team apparently...
So no booking...

Chris did you call the number in post #1? As that code will book you a reservation at the De Vere as it's only linked to that hotel
Steve, as per my post, I phoned the number as required, the number in post 1, quoted the code...
...and told NO.
Just phoned that number Chris & explained what happened & they have just said you should of got a booking!
She said give them another ring dude!

Yup, still got plenty of family rooms & was tempted but didn't want someone else to miss out because I had one to myself.
If you have booked a room don't forget to fill in the form linked in post #1 - this is to ensure I can align numbers with the hotel and keep an eye on the total figures.
