It'll be interesting to see what it does and how it works. On the face of it, it is a bargain! Just a boost gauge should cost more than that.

Nice, not sure that one shows boost but looks really good with the analogue needles.

I'm thinking i might try and install mine where the clock goes in the middle of the dash, i have some carbon sheet left over from my biking days and i think i can get something tidy knocked up.

You can find some manuals here; http://www.egauges.com/AM_Instr.asp

Not the specific one for your model but may be able to help in some way.

I have a sandwich plate question. I have a standard oil filter and the car is lowered, i remeber reading that this could cause problems with ground clearance??? My intercooler is pretty big and is only a few mm up from the bottom of the bumper. Will the filter be lower than that???

Wouldn't think so. Most of the problems were with the longer Evo filters.

Arrived today and looks like a quality bit of kit :-). Loads of bits included, however the instructions are a little sparse. Boost i can do, but not sure about oil temp or pressure?

Heres some pics of a few of the bits included.

Oil temp and pressure bits you'll need a sandwich plate for, then its just a case of running the wires to the oil filter under the car

Cheers Jason, thats what i thought but just wanted to be 100%. I think i'll wire the tach into the IFS. I take it that i can just wire the water temp into the the our cars standard sensor. I've not got the car with me at the moment to check?

Thought i knew how to wire in the boost gauge lol does the solenoid need its own power supply?

Solenoid? A gauge only monitors the pressure, it shouldn't need a solenoid.

Ah. I'd imagine that the sensor only needs connecting to the gauge. Normally the sensor changes resistance as the boost changes and the gauge simply measures that. The nice thing about that system is that you can put the sensor close to the plenum and run wires into the car, giving less chance of boost leaks on pipes running into the cabin. Most cheaper gauges just run mechanically and you have to run a pipe all the way to the gauge.
