10th Event - anyone live near Walsall

I've just bought a house in Wednesbury which isn't too far from Walsall but I'm not sure I have any time as I'm going to be very much tied up with the house renovations and moving over the coming week(s).

But like Jamil says, what do you need to know and when by? If I can squeeze out some time I might be able to help.

What I need is someone to go to the place, meet ray - check a bedroom or two and make sure they are decent. Also need to make sure function suite is suitable aswell as the area outside for bouncy castle and activities.
Additionally need to make sure parking, bar are of decent size and finally see how far the travel lodge is. There are only 46 bedrooms.

Maybe if they have wifi do a Skype call and show me around

Well if you setup a meeting, i have a Galaxy Note with front camera so can show you around i guess or take pics and upload them.

For my sins, i know Walsall really well, even some dodgy areas!

Tuesday and Wednesday daytime i can do but not anything after 4pm.

It should be no problem Barry. Obviously, it is time away from the family and Walsall is about 30 minutes from me, so I don't want to spend all day there. I'll do a quick trip no probs though.

K, Massive thank you to both Jamil and Nick for taking time away on a bank holiday to visit 2 venues, we do have a clear favourite and I will contact them tomorrow in an attempt to finalise a venue.
