Hiya Guys,
I am pretty happy with my v6's power in 1st and 2nd but seems a bit leisurely on the motorway when in 5th going from 60-70/70-80 takes a while.
Anyone else got similar feedback ?
Cheers,
A

Use the little stick coming out from the middle of the floor and drop down a gear or two.
5th at 70 is nowhere near the V6 powerband! 4th is a bit better at that speed for acceleration, but by far the best is 3rd.

LOL cheers fellas ! maybe I've just been doing to much eco driving !
You wanna drive my van? I'm lucky if that accelerates at 70 and by then 5th is the only gear I can use without watching valves appear above the bonnet.
Seriously, what the others said above.
i always found the V6 to be pretty good right through the range. 5th at 70 certainly wouldnt pin you in your seat but the needle did keep going up consistently. it always impressed me for a car of its size
