Wire parking brake which colour?

Can someone help me.

I want to install my HKS turbo timer, but im noticing my parking brake light does not work(and i need it work for the TurboTimer), and the wire that is attached to it doesnt give any voltage when i measure it. (i got a green/yellow one connected)

Can someone look for me wich colour his wire is?
