Your pack was sent out and should have arrived with you already - It seems a couple were lost in the last batch sent out, as a mark of sincerity I will order new cards and resend.

I have to put my hand up and apologise for not keeping ontop of membership packs recently, I have been very busy both bringing 4G (I work on the EE contract) to the UK and taking over baby shift (Aimee is 3 months old) when arriving home, usually not getting to bed till around 1am.
I have some days leave scheduled in the lead up to xmas, so i will endevour to get up-to-date with the packs..
