Hello i know that you are busy but i am just wondering how you are getting on with the membership packs and cards as i have been a member since September and still haven't received anything,

No sign of renewal pack, renewed back in March.
Can we have an explaination as to why new member and renewal packs take so long to sort out. This appears to be a constant issue over a long period now that surely should have been sorted out?
