Buy new non recaro seats.
Buy a set of 2nd hand recaro seats.
Retrim the current recaro seats?

That looks like the Recaro seats so where on earth you gonna find a set of Recaros!
Retrim with red/black leather/alcantara with a VR-4 decal in the back rest
