    Update here.

Being contacted by manufacturer that due to annual leave period, there may be 6 weeks time of processing order (not 4 weeks as usual). If conrods are not ready before my coming back to UK, manufacturer agreed to send them directly to UK by courier for no extra costs! That's good!

Also all guys from abroad... I'll send you PM now, that's in case payment method of your choice will require some time to clear.
    Ex: Galant VR4
Running 268 HP ATW and 443 Nm torque at 0.9 bar
    Now: Lancer Evolution 8 FQ-300
Running 325 HP ATW and 510 Nm torque at 1.6 bar

    Update.
Please beware that if you are using PayPal option to pay for conrods there is fee of 5% of paid money on top of that. I don't recommend use of "personal - gift" option because it's a quite significant money. Paying with option "purchase - goods" will give you PayPal insurance cover.
So, please remember to add mentioned 5% to transfer because that money are deducted from transered amount, i.e. transfer of 500 GBP leaves me with 475.30 GBP.

Sounds interesting. Have you sorted any forged pistons and bearings as well?

    Nope.
There is somewhere here on forum regarding Wiseco pistons, so everyone can sort himself out.
Also, very valuable info from Rich (zentac) about stock pistons being quite good for powers up to 500bhp.
I deal only with conrods now.

    We are waiting for Barney.
I'm not included in GB, because I won't be going into extremes in my future mods.
But if it's necessary I'll take a risk and top-up to 5 orders with myself, but very reluctant to do so.

I'd love to get in on this, but this month is an eco month for me. Presuming you make the 5 people, maybe its worth organising another group buy for these in a couple of months too Tomasz?

    question involving the rods
the conrods are specified as sliding wrist pins in a bronze bush. where as the stock ones are press fit, so correct me if im wrong but this means the prism rods cannot be used with stock pistons as the wrist pin will be un restrained. this could be solved with forged pistons as the pistons could be specified with groves to put in a lock pin to contain the wrist pin.

or is your first post cut and paste text from prism themselves just saying a bronze bush will be supplied if the wrist pin is floating type, but in fact out rods will be press fit?

Yes, it's cut&paste from their promo material.
IIRC, kochajj didn't reported any issues with trial conrods at all. Here is picture of those conrods:

from this picture it looks like they are floating pin rods therefore i dont think they can work with the stock pistons. may pay to check with the manufacturer on this?

    Yes, you correct Adam.
They making that setup for following reasons:
Floaters are considered better for high RPM use and other heavy-duty situations because the pin can rotate, so the wear on it is more evenly distributed. There also may be slightly less friction. In high rpm application they are less likely to seize up.
Also, thy are more convenient for self building up engine, and most of forged pistons on the market are floating type.
Wiseco forged pistons are also floating type, part # K776M810A.
Stock press-in pistons require heat processing whilst fitting to conrods Because of this, conrods for press-in pistons wouldn't be covered by manufacturer guarantee unless fitted by them.

cool as im not worried about them being floating pin just like to make sure so those who are in on the group buy know that when they order pistons they must be floating pin type compatable. and so people know that they cant be used with stock pistons.
    thanks for clearing that up!

    Tomasz,
The question now is " Do you have a good cheap alternative for the floating pin pistons? "
