    Boost Control setup

Ok, so another thread Ive started, i know i sound like a noob, but just want to get this right.
Enclosed some pics, one of under hood, one of kit. I have colour coded parts, just need someone to point me in right direction.
The hood pic, i have ringed the hose i think it is i connect to, on the other pic i have colour coded all the ports on the t peice and the controller, what is confusing is that there is 5 point on the controller and t piece, but only one pipe to connect to, does one get blanked or left open.
So help here guys would be great.1.jpg!BdsDERg!2k~$(KGrHqUH-DsErgrIt5JNBK6CZM48sg~~_12.jpg

    green vents to air
    white goes to red(controller)
yellow goes to red (towards throttle elbow)
blue? goes to red (pipe circled red)

i had that boost controller and the t-piece jammed and made the boost spike massively, i got round that by removing the ball from the t-piece.
i later got rid of that t-piece completely and joined the red pipe from the controller to the t-piece already on the car instead of the factory controller.

the later method ran fine until i decided to break the car

fair enough but from personal experience they are bad .they spike all the time poorly made.
wind the boost all the way down and still hit fuel cut.
    just a heads up .

Have used both TurboSmart "boost tee" MBC and the one featured by the OP and it was complete pants. Had exactly the same problems as Mark.

Also ash, throttle elbow being the black pipe, (noob question again).
So the yellow and blue tap in to the pipe I have put red ring round with the arrow facing away from the big black pipe (cant remember what its called).

It's a few quid more, but I cannot praise this MBC enough: http://www.3barracing.com/product_6.htm

I used it for nearly four years with great results and no problems. In fact, once I've replaced the downpipes and fitted my AFR gauge, this is going back on!

Nope, the controller pipe and the fat pipe(throttle body elbow) need swapping.

Instead of cutting the pipe to the throttle elbow i used a piece of old pipe, so u mean swap the blue pipe coming from elbow with the black pipe that goes to controller.

Ok, just gone for a spin, boost turned all the way down (anticlockwise) as far as it will go, basically a slight toe down boost gauge of of the dial and judders like anything, thinking I may have it turned all the way up but looking at it, it looks turned all the way down grrrrr!

I would say youv still not quite got it right or the t-piece is sticking, more than likely. If u undo the one side of it then take the gubbins out, put it back together, it should be fine.

Can't watch the vid cos working. The instructions all say arrow faces wastegate.
In the t- piece there is a ball and spring which make the tpiece directional. If u take them out or replace the tpiece it will work however the pipes are attached to it.
