So long as youve not got your boost to high.

Right, gubbins out, completly different this time!!! Started with boost turned down, and have gradually turned it up half a turn at a time, gauge is now hitting 1.5 bar and holding between 0.9 - 1.1, just hit 6.5k revs in 3rd and no fuel cut, bit worried about turning it up anymore incase i do damage, dump valve is much louder now as well.

Sounds good, mine used to hit 1.3 then settle at 0.9. I wasn't hitting cut doing 3 rd gear pulls but when dropping a gear or two to overtake it would some times.

1.5 bar is quite a spike! I wouldn't be happy with that for too long. I'm surprised you haven't hit fuel cut with a spike like that, but it may also be coming back down just in time to avoid it.

Fuel cut is an instant and sharp loss of power, quite violent really. If it was running poorly before because of the piping, then it could well have just been because of misreading of airflow, similar to having a boost leak.

is it hitting 1.5 bar every time?

i had mine set up with the pipe from the controller going straight to this t-piece slightly further down the red tipped pipe. this eliminates the factory boost solenoid from trying to bleed boost at the same time.

Turned it right down now, goes around 1.3 1.4 on a hard acceleration, then hangs at around 1.0. Weds when i set it up the air temp outside was hot so set it up with no fuel cut, last night 1am obviously colder outside hit fuel cut twice, and yer scarred sh*t out of me!! So turned it down slightly.
Yer ive heard of the them running it straight to t peice on car.
    What would knock be then?

So now you know what fuel cut actually fuels like! You definitely know it if the first thing you think is, "Oh my God what have I just broken?!?".
