not, sure if it is an issue or not but im going to ask the question because if i have stated in a thread i am going to give some one some rep and they dont recieve it, it makes me look a bit of an idiot lol

I clicked on my user CP to look for an old thread i posted in and noticed that the screen read total reputaion given/ recieved is 0

is this correct?

Dan because you don't have any rep points to give there is none given, you need someone to give you some rep so your little grey dot below your avatar turns green

or I should say you can give rep but it won't count

Then you can give some out!
