Crash damage 6 months on

Well 6 months have passed since I was rear ended and STILL I have not been fixed.......I am not very happy!

I called in at the bosyshop yesterday to find out what the fcuk was going on as I was told that the tailgate would be 12 weeks from Japan, as 26 weeks have passed I thought that perhaps it should be here!

To my horror the bodyshop has changed hands in the last 2 weeks and the new owner is not authorised to do work for Helphire (the company dealing with the repairs) so I appear to be left right in the sh!t :Cry1:

I spoke to Helphire last night who will call me back.......yeah right! If they haven't called by 10 I am on the phone! I am sure it will all get sorted out but at this rate it looks like another 3 month wait for parts........

Rugby is only an hour or so away and I would prefer it was done by someone who could give it the loving care it deserves!

They are sorting out another bodyshop, but I have told them I would rather see RED to sort it out! They are calling back this afternoon (bet they dont)

that sort of service is unacceptable - you should contact the Insurance (Financial) Ombudsman regarding your insurer and/or helphire etc and kick up a stink!!!

Trouble is that the fault lies entirely with the bodyshop!

I have had my bonnet sprayed by them since and they are top blokes, it would seem they couldn't afford to buy the tailgate and bumper though before being reimbursed.
