Wanted - Standard Legnum VR4 CAT - Does not have to have insides

Hi All,
As per title I am after a CAT for my '97 Legnum VR4.

It does not have to work I am only interested in the shell.

Obviously as I'm after a dead CAT (lol) cheap is good :-)

I think what Ian wants it for Chris is to have a cat in place but decat pipe the innards?

Yer I don't need a cat for mot as on LPG the emissions test is done to pre cat emissions.

But now they have changed the test so the tester has to see one I need a shell that I can put a bit of pipe in.

i have a spare V6 cat if thats any good. i do mean spare as i will be doing exactly the same as you with the other cat lol

i paid £50 for it and it has not left my bedroom floor. i am not sure about whether it will fit our cars though so i would check on that first. i wanted a VR4 backbox for my V6 last year and was told it wont fit but im not sure why. hopefully it does cos i need the one that is on the V6

The N/A v6 goes over the rear axle the vr4 one goes under hence it will not fit!
