stock v6 flywheel

What's the weight on the standard non turbo v6 flywheel,

And is it the same style as the vr4 one flex plate bolted to A solid mass.
Or is it just solid one piece

pretty sure they are solid but only accomidate a 225mm clutch not a 240mm clutch like the vr4. also push type clutch i beleive.
think it was dutch_driver who had some issues with their VR2 clutch as they used the stock v6 N/A flywheel and clutch to suit the 2wd gearbox. digging up that thread could have the answer.

yeh just contemplating a manual conversion on the 25st, as its the daily now.
auto is to slow.

can only find evo box's cheap-ish so would need to mod to fit,
so would use a evo pull clutch, but dont want it to be heavier than the stock unit.

will keep waiting see what turns up at pick-a-part
