This picture was taken on a Touristenfahrten day at the Nurburgring, where in essence its a public road. You wouldnt do this on a roundabout to get ahead, unless of course you lived in Russia!!
The comments on the FB page suggest the two car owners may know each other as they are both on Hamburg plates....
