I didn't install my blitz (dual) turbo timer myself, as it came with the car, but I did find a manual online that should tell you how to hook things up and put it on our dutch forum (it's in english, so don't worry):

i have one too. does the manual tell you how to get rid of it? it seems to be generally agreed that the VR4 does not need a turbo timer and as someone placed it where the ashtray used to be (looks untidy), how the hell can i see it when i am driving?

I had one of these in my first VR4, never really used it. The boost gauge never worked either!
