If you have a dremmel cut a line right down the centre of the bolt, but not too deep and use a good screwdriver to get it out.

Most dealerships use a suction pump and don't bother with the sump plug.
You can buy a manual suction pump / syphon hose etc. You take the dipstick out, put the tube down the dipstic holder, suck all the oil out, and then re fill through cap.
Some modern cars don't actually have sump plugs anymore.

I quite like the idea of the sump plug replacements - they are basically a valve that you open up to drain the oil. No more stuck sump plugs...
