Thats what I would be happy with, just to keep things on safer side, have you got dyno graphs? asking as i wonder how laggy it is on bigger tubs

I presume you are still using factory cams and engine internal.
I would have expected 350 from from TD04-13T but I believe SLX is using TD04-19T. So maybe another more to unlock.

    Bye for Now!

YYes, that’s the setup I'm running at the moment 19-Ts, forged engine, but quite factory heads.
I have a cheap (well, relatively) access to Catcams custom cams so that would be the next stage of the project. Unfortunately don’t have time to deal with the car until September.
Some noises from the rear diff for just 100 kms, so EVO diff will be needed soon.
To be honest the car runs as hell, no matter of numbers on the graph.

Don't get me wrong great figures and I am sure the car would drive very well.
The 19T give you that extra air flow to play with for the future.
Where as for me if I use a 13T then I would not be expecting much more than the figures you have got.
It must be nice to know you have more to come.

Look forward to hearing from you later on in the year.

Hi guys have a set of manifolds and down pipes for the scooby turbos been sorted yet. Read the thread but couldnt work out if a set had be made for sale.

My engine had gone bang oil pipe came off blew turbo up put impeller threw engine all dead!
Im now going for replacement engine with td04s i have all other suporting mods except the turbo side of things.

Im planning on using ttd04-13 from wrx sti.
Im thinking of doing cams at the same time as going to have to put a belt on and will do head gaskets and all seals while its out and do a full tidy up and full paint.
I want to keep ac so need to do it with keeping that in mind.
list of mods i have if anything elts please say.

    Hks ecu with map convertion
    550cc injectors
    Uprated fuel pump wilbro

    Full greddy intercooler and pipes
    aftermarket air box and intake
    Lower temp thermostat
Downpipe back 3in system with twin pipes
    Boost controler
Hks oil filter relocation kit and cooler

    Here is the direct link.
https://03485e9.netsolstores.com/kin...-6210hp-1.aspx on the photo, surprisingly TD04HL, but all of the pics on tha page are the same.
It is stated there the specs are:
Compressor Wheel 46 mm / 58 mm (Inducer / Exducer)
    Turbine Wheel 47mm / 41.3mm mm (Inducer / Exducer)
Which in general is true, BUT. One of the main reasons for my project delay was that what I received was this

Well visible one of the turbine wheels was smaller than the other. It took some 4 Months Kinugawa to resend correct one to me.
But most importantly there is TD04L-19T with the specs and shape described above.
Just for fun – comparison between my TD4’s and a bit bigger Garets- https://www.flickr.com/photos/603108...posted-public/
This is why i went with 3000gt 19t as the exhaust wheel is a little smaller so should spool up better. A td04hl is too big for our cars from wht indo ive found a td04hl will give full boost at 4800rpm but the wheel is a bit bigger than the td04l and thats a few mm bigger than the normal td04 wheels.
The ideal for our cars is td04 or td035 with a 13-15t but alot of 13-15t on the market use a machined 19t wheel fitted into the 13-15t housing. + a 19t or more you can get anti surge housings which will help on a bigger turbo as our out put per bank is low so you may get a suddern surge of power rather than a nice even boost.
A td035 would be a good turbo for good spooling but may give same probs as stock turbos td04 or td04l would be best as the hl is a lot bigger its nearly a td05 but into a td04 housing

It's September, so time to upgrade cams. What I'm planning to do is to remove the stock cams and send it to Catcams with custom specs. It will cost around 1500 Euro for all 4 cams I expect.
    Will keep you informed.
I also confirm these td4's mentioned above are a bit bigger for our engines.

Do you still plan to make manifolds and dump/down pipes for td04 for sale?

I make billet cams for less than 1500 euro. And can can regrind your stock cams for considerably cheaper than that. Pm me for details.

I'm well aware of it, Adam. Thanks for the proposal.
It would be much easier Catcams to design cams for my specific needs, taking in consideration my current setup and requirements. It will cost less than 1500 Euro hopefully and there will be no need to cover any shipping costs or customs duties, nor shims or any other mods except valve springs.

my custom billet cams don't require shims or mods, Just enough valve spring pressure to keep the valvetrain under control. and can have any custom profile ground onto them to suit you for ~1200 euro + shipping which is between 100-120 euro.
