Taupo Mega meet

It time for a other megameet in Taupo, Last one was about 3 years ago...

What ideas do people have? Want to do?

One idea is that, People who would to stay in Taupo for a night is to all put money together and rent out a holiday house (should be around $300 for the night) have a bbq and few beers that night and going off for a drive somewhere and having a photoshoot.

Any idea of a date? People saying at least 6 months from now, I'm thiniging Apirl/May, Should give people heaps of time to save for it.

So who keen? And put your idea forward please

I have been looking at hoilday house, Ones I have taken note of have parking around back of the house so cars will be save and can sleep from 10 to 14 people.

So got one around $300 and got 6 people in = around $50 per person,

Ahhh with baby due in 2 weeks I think it's going to be a long while till I can have a weekend pass! (I have managed to get one in April for the v8's)

With Xmas still to come a June meet would suit me better, everyone will just need to say when they would be keen.
If this goes ahead, I am definitely in. One night stay, BBQ w/ beers, then a cruise the next day or see if there what activities there are (i.e. go karts?).

What is there to do on Taupo?

How many people would stay in Taupo for the night? Cause one thing we could if people wanted to stay could put money in and get a hoilday house(around $200-$300 for a night) Could do bbq and beers?

I'm keen to put something together if we can get numbers.

Not much to do here in taupo lol I will be there even if the leggy isn't ready. I am also working at an accomodation place it's nothing special but plenty of beds and no doubt can work out a cheap rate for everyone.

im keen for anywere in that area just get me far away from masterton haha ,im also interested in the renting a house bit . it"d be me and the misses doing the mission up
