But that race summed up Hamilton luck for this year. Is that the 4th or 5th time this year that he was in a race winning position, and due to no fault of his own, he has been taken out of the race.

Bummer for Lewis. Not sure how easy it would have been for him - JB was on a par for most of the race, but he certainly had a good chance. Was it Sods Law that the BBC gave Hulkenburg the "Overtake of the Year" award before the race?!

True but I did grin with alonso crying in the podium but hey I'm twisted!! Hoping Lewis's car is competitive for him next year but he will do well whatever he drives to an extent

Actually there were 2 overtakes, one under SC (Verne) and other under yellow flag (Kobayashi), easy to find on Youtube. Not the 1st time Vettel did this or similar, i.e GP China, GP Germany, GP India.
Seems to everyone taste: having emotional champion (Alonso), or having cheating champion (Vettel)

so could red bull find something wrong with mark webbers car or some thing he did during the race to get him disqualified. which would bump vettel back up a place.

Good right choice in my opinion! alonso did bloody well considering the car lacked in a lot of races but he's still a mule!
