    Unable to turn sigs off

Not to start a whole debate on this, but some of the sigs on here are just too large for my liking (especially as mobile devices are becoming more common for web browsing).

It seems the suggestion is to turn them off in the control panel, rather than their be a policy on it. Thats fine by me, but I've tried to turn them off and it doesn't work. An error is returned:

"A required field called Footer Links is missing or has an invalid value."

    Could this be fixed please?

    Thanks
    Mike

Sigs don't show on the mobile skin.

    I've just looked in
    Profile Settings > Edit Settings,
and untick the box "Thread Display Options > Show Signatures "

then save changes and it worked OK, using Win 7, Chrome

Found the problem. There is an item called "Footer Links" which is selected as blank by default. Changing this to enabled or disabled lets me save the changes, and thus stop seeing ridiculous over-sized sigs.

Glad to see you figured it out

However, you should really consider using the mobile style or tapatalk or forum runner to browse the site from your mobile - will save you data costs when out and about and its tonnes faster - Plus, the main site is in no way optimised for mobile devices, hence the 3 other methods of browsing from mobile devices.

    Cheers.
