Sluggish!

Hmmm...
Guys does anyone else' vr4 feel a bit sluggish in the cold?
Well for the first 1.5 - 2 miles or so, I let her warm up on the drive, pull away and it just feel slow to respond!

New 2nd hand gaerbox with oil's (Eurospec)
New HKS Panelfilter
New forge hybrid bov (Set to 16, destructions say set any where between 16 > 25 on standard boost)

Or could this just be in my head? You know after having the gearbox fail on me big time....

Mind I did make little boy look bloody silly in his 318i...

If you mean gearbox changes before the car warms up, then yes, that is perfectly normal. The revs get a little higher than you think they should before the gear change happens, so the engine isn't being fed enough fuel for the revs as you aren't expecting the revs to get so high so power feels down, then the actual gear change takes longer than you expect too.

Once some temperature gets into the gearbox all should be good though, or even quicker with the colder air in the cylinders!
