Hi all looking to update my suspension on my car its done 88,000 now i am looking at the koni str-t (street) shocks with h&r springs .

these are the former "Koni red" series - which is a replacement for std. parts. These are not adjustable in stiffness (while the yellow ones are).
If you don't want to have performance items, these will make a good composition with the H&R springs and the comfort of the car will be kept. Hope that helps.
the one and only...Pearl White Legnum 25 ST-R...registered in Germany - now featuring a 6A13TT engine (unless you know otherwise)
Or may be tein springs that are on camskill web site
Not sure about which spring to use with the koni street shocks
1 h&r springs
Or 2 tein springs
Help not sure can I get some help here
Thank u for all the help club vr4
Depends on your personal taste. Honestly, I haven't ever noticed a real difference amongst lowering springs. I'd go for H&R springs, as they let the car sit nicely. The Tein springs are made for the VR-4 which is heavier as the V6.
Hi will 18 x 7.5 wheel with 225/40/18
Work well with this koni kit
On my V6 I've seem to got a set of these. Don't know the brand of the lowering springs. Feels much better compared to standard shocks though but not as firm and planted as the TEIN's I have on the VR2.
So will they fit ok with 18x7.5 with 225/40/18
I don't see a fitment issue at all with those wheels/tires. I use 17x7 with 225/45/17.
Wheels are
ET 35. 18x7.5 with tyre 225/40/18
Was going to drop car with h&r springs and koni s.t.r.t (street) shocks as its a good for cash right now times
Hope this helps I am not sure as its the 2.5 v6 sport 2001 on a 4 stud wheel 2001
I though it was wise to ask the (CLUB VR4 )see if I was right with my thinking on how I was going to do my galant right all help will be helpful .
Thank u all .
Ps

Jay, a bit of patience is requiered. Not everyone is online always and sometimes People with the correct knowledge are some days off.
But hey... Happy New Year!
Back to your request. There is a thread on here, dealing with wheel fitment (offset, diameter, width). Please use the search function and you'll find everything you are looking for. The wheels described should Not have any fitment issues.

depending on what you are after. Yellow ones (sport) can be adjusted in stiffness / red ones not. In general, the red ones are meant as an O.E. replacement. The y4llow ones should give a "sporty touch" which means that they are a bit stiffer from factory. Plus they feature a possibility to move the lower spring carrier to 3 different position AFAIK.
If you are afraid of fitment issues with H&R springs plus your wheels, I'd go for the yellow ones.
Ok thank you for your help
I was thinking about Koni shocks and Eibach springs but now I'm confused as you recommend H&R! Which ones are better? I would like to lower suspension just a bit... 30mm front and 20mm rear maybe, just to make it look nicely sat. There is factory setup on the car at the moment and it's awfuly high. What do you think guys?
