turbo manifold rebuild

hi guyes i am planning to re-build my turbo manifolds,can someone tell me wat is the correct diameter stainless steel pipes to use please

Huh? Exactly which pipes? Why are you rebuilding them? For alternative turbos?

my plan is either to bigger turbos or one single aiming for 400+hp
all the vr4's dat ran in drags down here,there best time was 14secs+ its ashame,for the new year i am planning to atleast touch a 12secs dats y to want to upgrade turbo/manifold and some bigger injectors,gas lines would also like some cams and gears
