Annoying clicking noise in drivers door

Hello.
I have very annoying clicking noise in drivers door.
Ive been investigating it for long time but have no idea.
It seems to happen most often when lifting off or putting foot down.
Ive tried a lot of things, driving with no door card and driving with no door stop thinking it may be causing the noise.
Noise still is there and is so annoying that im almost to take the door of, but at the moment it would be rather too cold.
Please help

Put a little oil on hinges and stay rod.

I greased stay rod already. Will put some more oil on hinges again.
I worked out that as soon as i open the door while driving noise disappears.

I was beeing a twat, i put some oil on hinges and noise is gone
I greased hinges and stay rod long time ago and wasn't suspecting that doing it again may help.

No probs. It's just that little bit of movement of the door as you're driving along and on dry hinges you get that noise. Trouble is it's a trade off. Nice clean hinges that click or dirty black ones (after a while) that are oiled but don't click!!
