unknown Vr4 help me!!!

yo ppls i needa bit of help. I wanna Vr4 u know the 1992 - 1994 (the rounded shape model ) and i wana modify it too. Is there any point to doing this? will it make it fast, good accelaration etc? or is it a waste of money? the engin is a 6A12T aye. Cheers guys if u could help

There are quite a few tuning products available for this engine, including forged internals off the shelf.
