FS: 2001 model year, 'Y' plate Lexus GS300 SE 3.0 24v VVT-i in Blue Onyx Pearl with a full black leather interior and ultra rare black dashboard and instrument panel, trimmed with wood accents.

This car has had approx £4000 spent maintaining it to an excellent standard.

Serviced regularly with Mobil 1 ESP 5W-30 fully synthetic oil, changed in March 2012, Aug 2011, Jan 2011.

MOT until 25/10/2012, Tax expires 31/12/12. No advisories on last 3 MOTs. Lots of old MOT certificates + HPI history checked clear.

3 former keepers. First registered June 2001.

All belts changed, plus: VVT-i filter, air filter, NGK platinum spark plugs, coolant changed, O2 sensors replaced. Upper front suspension arms replaced. Front and rear brake discs and pads fitted. Vented front discs and solid rears.

Gearbox oil and differential oil changed with premium oils. (Amsoil ATF and Silkolene High Performance LSD oil)

This Lexus GS300 SE is the 2001+ face-lifted mk2 JZS160 saloon with 2JZ-GE Toyota 3.0 24v petrol straight six engine with Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence and ETCS-i, (220 bhp)

This facelift model comes with 5 speed E-Shift with ECT-i semi-automatic gearbox with manual controls on the perforated leather steering wheel.

Maintained regardless of cost, with an extensive maintenance record and above average trim condition for the age.

This car has all the usual Lexus extras, including : VVT-i, E-shift, speed sensitive progressive PAS, ABS with EBD brake assist, VSC, traction control, power ECT mode, snow mode, headlight washers, front fog lights. Drivers, passenger, side and curtain air bags. Water repellent front side glass. 6 CD changer in glove box, electric heated mirrors, photo-chromatic rear view mirrors (auto anti-glare), 7 speaker audio system with ASL, power tilt and slide moon roof . 5 speed automatic gearbox with manual override E-Shift on steering wheel, remote central locking with dead locking and immobiliser. 10-way electrically adjustable drivers seat with 2 way memory and 10-way electrically adjustable passenger seat, Air conditioning with digital dual zone climate control, Electrically adjustable steering wheel with memory, Cruise control. Other information.

This car is a mates which I am helping to sell on his behalf & is die to replaced with a Toyota Aristo (same car as this but with Supra twin turbo engine fitted) with service history & black leather.

Bad bits

Few very minor scuffs on body work but overall far better than average for the year & certainly doesn't look the mileage. Damage is a paint blemish on the rear wing near the boot, a couple of trolley dents in the doors, stone chip in the windscreen (legas as passed MOT) but the interior is almost spotless.

Engine management light occasionally flickers on (code P0430 due to sports cats). Only happened since the exhaust has been replaced, apart from that daily driver and VGC.
