Hi rikki, are you oing get these produced and bring them to the weekend event? It would save time and cost on posting them out and I am sure nobody will need them before the event.

I have no problem paying for the shirt before I get it so you can pay the supplier as she does not want to wait for ever to get paid.

Hi mate, yes I completely forgot to mention that I would be bringing the shirts to the event to save on postage etc. Although those who are not attending the event but have ordered shirts will get theirs posted. I will however ask for a small donation to postage as for example £2 is not alot to post but when 10 people want them posted I would be £20 out of pocket. (Just plucked those figures out my gink muscle so they may vary)

I don't have to pay the supplier until I collect the full order from her, so immediate payment is not essential but I will need paying prior to collection. (I will also not take any payments until people have seen the sample and are happy to go ahead) I will post up further payment instructions in due course.
