    Complete Exhaust System

My exhaust has started blowing from so many places and its been welded/patched so many times that I need to replace it. It seems to be blowing before and after the cat so I'm looking for a exhaust system on the cheap! Anything would be suitable standard or aftermarket and am hoping someone here may have something going

I can offer a full system for £150 collected. Stock downpipes with a 3" rear section but no cat or decat as the back end is straight through.

    Yup, understood

You 'could' get it cut and fit a cat? Shouldnt be too hard for any decent garage to cut and weld a flange

Hmmmm that might be an option.....maybe a silly question but I assume this was from a saloon VR4?

Also does it follow the profile of the standard exhaust, so a CAT will fit in the exact same place?

It was on a Legnum, so cant be 100% sure of any fitment issues on a saloon. But yes, the profile will allow a cat to be installed in the exact same place as the original.

Legnum exhaust is about 40 mm longer than Galant (salon). Either will fit its just be a bit out or in the car.

PM'd Atik Just to make sure, on Camskill they seem to be selling two different front pipes:

    http://www.camskill.co.uk/m22b0s1400...alant_VR4_EC5A

One seems to only be for the Legnum where as one is suited to both, can anyone else confirm the compatibility of the exhausts?

As far as I know Adam is entirely correct. The exhausts are identical until the last few inches, where the estate is a couple of inches longer, so the exhaust is longer too.
