Here's the deal. I still do not understand it fully.
142p is now the share price. Summit have taken a percentage of shares from each investor. So vins stake is less. .... not sure by how much.
They are now listing/listed on the US stock exchange. ( nasdaq)
To be on there, the share price must be a minimum of $1 .
They also now have exclusive rights to this "super drug" for 5 years. It cannot be copied in any way shape or form. And that is worldwide.
Vin is hoping that the price drops to around a pound before he buys more.
The new revised peak value per share is £ 60 !!!

I have it on my watchlist and will have a look at it all before I decide what I do. I guess a £100 or so wont hurt if I did lose it, but if I ended up maxing out, it'd be a great bonus!
My plan is. ... to keep in touch with vin. See how the shares are next year. Hopefully get the rest of my pension money. And if all goes to plan, give him around £10 K to invest. We'll see

He has the opportunity to take over£2 million. .... I'd be happy with that !! But he's hanging on in there!
But at least his shares are heading down. 13 p drop down to 129p
Just did a bit of googling.
For example; if vin bought 1.5 million shares at 1p each. That's £15,000.
That would be the tax payable regardless of how much profit !!
Pfft . Had i given vin £10,000 last week, he would have wrote me a cheque out for £1350 this week !! Roll on April.

As i said Atik, he wants them to go down........ but up 8p today already !!
Well......... just got back from vins, the shares did get down to 102p. As he wanted and predicted.. so he bought more, not sure how many, but knowing him...... it will be a lot !!
Now at 136p, so that's a theoretical or potential £5m in a very short time !!
I won't be giving vin £10 k next year
Up to 145p now.......... i think we've all missed the boat
