Ive got passanger headlight £25 + delivery and engine cover with broken corner £20 + delivery. Let me know i u are interested
Just remember the super headlight have the silver plastic inside the lens not the normal black. Well the silver supers do anyway.
Bye for Now!
I am not sure the supers came with an under tray, I believe it was only the cold spec cars that did, but I am not 100% sure.
not sure if you can get a cold spec supers.
If you pm me your chassis number I can check for you.
The silver super saloon I had was a cold-spec, it had the larger alternator, heated mirrors and wiper heaters - but no under tray (well, not when I got hold of it, anyway)
That's the only difference - you can always pull the plastic inserts out and give them a spray with silver if you can't find any genuine ones (I'll have a look and see if I've still got the silver inserts from when I pulled my set apart to fit my projectors - but I may have thrown them out)
Cheers guys
Yea the inside is silver, the damage is the glass is cracked and it steams up all the time now the weather has changed,
I have now collected 2 to pull apart (a spare just incase I cock it up )
Thanks to Nigel and big Kris
Collected engine cover but still after a stainless or carbon I there is one out there ???
Still urgently seeking hubs guys
Dave I will send it over in a bit
buy hubs from USA they are less than half the price of buying from mitsi or camskill.
pair of front hubs delivered about £110 rear hubs are little bit more difficult to find as you need the 4WD ones, but they are about the same price, or you can just buy the bearing for the rear and and get the hub swapped over on them.
Hi pal any update ??
Cheers Dave
Just waiting on Csaba Ralliart1 to get back to me
i have run your chassis number through ASA
and come up with a odd info, nothing bad just odd, so i will have to investigate further.
there is a Red button with SP on it next to the chassis number when i key it in . if you click on the button it open a dialog box with Special Epuipment as the header.
unfortunately the info in the dialog box is nonsensical rubbish.
here is the dialog box
Spcial Equipment box.jpg
i think i have found out what this is supposed to mean.
there is a Special Equipment section in the body section of ASA with lists all the body parts that can make the super and super. not all of them are fitted to all supers.
as far as i can see the engine undertray has no data, e.g. mitsi part number. so your car is not ment to have an engine under tray as standard, but this will not stop you fitting one if you really want to fit one.
you super is meant to have all the normal super exterior bits, e.g. front canards, deep side skirts, top rear spoiler, rear bumper lip, extra tip on back box.
but none of the super special options like Cebie light, special wheels.
I had a original Super,it cames with undertray.
what was your supers chassis number?
so i can check to see if it called up in ASA so i can shed a little more light on the subject.
how i have always seen ASA working is like this,
put your chassis number in and it will give you all the mitsi part numbers for your car, if the part you want to look at was never fitted to your car, you will either not have the option to selected or when you do select it the mitsi part number will come up as NO DATA.
for instance if i put my chassis number in i get a mitsi code for an under tray as my car is a cold spec.
if i put baker boy chassis number in for his super it comes up with NO DATA for the mitsi part number which is why i said it does not have an undertray fitted.
all car seem to have there own build level, hence the option designator in the the ASA data base. the supers seem to be the same many have different build levels even though they are all called supers.
well thatis the way i have been looking at ASA. rightly or wrongly
