weird shaking from left front corner comes and goes, help!

Weird shaking comes and goes, we cant find anything loose and the lateral arm was just changed. The cars left corner starts shaking madly and usually after heavy brakeing the problem goes away. The brakedisc is noticeable heating when this shaking hapens and weird pungent smell comes also. Brakedisc and pads seem to be just fine. Any ideas whats wrong? something loose in the brakes?

i would go with sticky caliper as well, or possibly the need to re bed the pads and disks. could be a hotspot caused by holding the pad to the disk after heavy braking which can cause odd thing to happen with regard to pad material on the surface of the disk. it can be quired but it can be difficult. rebed of the disk/pads is simplest thing to try or a skim of the disk.
or you could have warped the disk.

ordered new discs and pads, and gona take the brakes a part so I can see if there is something weird.... Thank you all

do you have factory standard brakes,

if so then here is another possibility, it can be caused by binding slide bolts due to incorrect grease being used to lube them up, or it is just a long time since they have been greased up.
the top slide bolt is one that locks up and it is the rubber gromet on the end of the bolt that expands in the wrong formula grease which binds. if the caliper can't slide then the pads can get stuck on disk which heats it up and causes it to judder. which can be warped disk.

you can buy new rubber gromets from mitsi dealer for a few quid and the grease to use on the the top bolt is red rubber grease, which is designed to apply to rubber part and it will not cause the rubber to expand and bind.

the standard factory brakes need regreasing evry 6 months. depending on how hard you brake when you drive.
