Auckland Meet - Final Location has changed

The New Zealand members have organised an Auckland meet (see discussion here).

1st Club VR-4 Mini Meet - BP Truck Stop - Bombay Hills - 5:30pm, and then convoy to 3rd Meet at 6:30
2nd Club VR-4 Mini Meet - Takapuna Golf Course Carpark - 6pm, then a cruise over the Harbour Bridge to 3rd Meet
3rd Club VR-4 Mini Meet -Stanley Street - Beach Road Carpark - 6:30pm, then a Cruise up to the hill to
ClubVR4 and other Mitsubishi Enthusiasts Meet - Mt Eden - 7:30pm,

Sorry about this but a new location for the meet has been decided up due the possible lack of space. I think it is going to be the perfect urban setting for photos. This is final and should not change unless there unforseen circumstances:

Date: Saturday, 12th Feb 2005
City: Auckland
Meet Spot: Parking area by corner of Edwin St and Normanby in Auckland City (Across the street from Hockey Club)
Meet Spot Time: 7:30pm

Directions on how to get there still to follow, hopefully will have it up here by tomorrow, Wed, 8 Feb 05



Should be a big crowd considering the level of discussion on the thread. There will also be photos taken so full members make sure your car is polished to Kieran's Masterclass. (Article available to full members only)

All Club VR-4 members will (or are encouraged to) meet at the Stanley Street - Beach Road Carpark - 6:30pm

We will then convoy to the final meet at 7:30pm

The final meet time changed from 7:00pm to 7:30pm which means that the stanley street meet will be a bit longer than anticipated, but hey... it also give straglers time to catch up

The north and south mini-meets are so people can convoy, and get to memorise some names and cars before being overwhelmed my the HUGE meet
Also means that those who are 'directionally challenged' can have someone to follow
