I think I can be persuaded to attend. I may do a power run if I have my lean running sorted by them.
'97 Manual Legnum in silver with some subtle mods
My first VR4 - '97 Legnum Dark Green & mean ...it was love at first sight - now sold
Will be up for a power run if Atik can bring Foxdie down to do ECU's? Foxdie, where are you?
Just a thought Graham but I don't know if Jason would be doing ECU fettling as this may step on Ben's toes as its a service he also offers. He may do it on the quiet in the car park and just see how it runs on the dyno afterwards but I wouldn'tve thought he would offer 'on dyno' tuning.
Could be wrong but its like being invited into somebody's home for a meal and taking your own food and cooking it yourself bit cheeky. Unless of course Ben and Jason have an agreement that is.
Just my thoughts
yes please, with dyno run. be interesting to see how good a job the company that remapped it for me did.
The Shogun btw.
Cheers
Don
Don't think so.
Ben is genuine person and is happy to help anyone with modifying ecu. Actually he helped with his advice whilst NJ and Kinky were flashing my old one 7201.
Also he did full support for me and Maretzky85 (from Polish forum) whilst we did play with 7202 ecu's for 3 days in July last year smoothing some roms for Evo 1-3, 1gen Eclipse and... me.
One thing he doesn't like... if someone is talking off his arse
Ex: Galant VR4
Running 268 HP ATW and 443 Nm torque at 0.9 bar
Now: Lancer Evolution 8 FQ-300
Running 325 HP ATW and 510 Nm torque at 1.6 bar
Any idea when?
This thread reminds me.. I need to call Ben. I might be up for it depending on the date.
No idea when yet. It sounds like most people would prefer March to February so I will ask Ben for dates in March. I'll stick a poll thread up after I have spoken to him.
I'll also be interested in a power run and its not that far so count me in :-)
Thread for dates open:

As mentioned previously, non-members are welcome, but priority will be given to members, followed by VR4s, then the rest. Hope that makes sense! Also, non-vr4s from non members will have to be run at the end of the day - Ben will want to run all the VR4s together so he doesn't have to keep adjusting the settings on the dyno.
I thought that would be the case he may still come along as he seems to think his Clio is quicker and has better bhp....bloody kids won't learn lol
That's fine nick and totally agree. I did tell that to my mate.
