JapFest II 2014 - Sunday 17th August - Attendance Thread

Event information:

Like last year, track sessions will not be purchased by CVR4, If you would like to go on track, please visit the japfest site and book your track session there.

There is no particular hotel in use for this event, although the following may be an option to consider if you are travelling a long distance:

Entry Tickets

Stand tickets are free when paying for an entry ticket - CVR4 Members have first dibs on those spaces! One stand pass will be issued per member, unless more are requested. Please post up if you require additional stand passes.

• CVR4 Member - £13 (This includes your friends/neighbours/parents as long as YOU are a member.)
• Non-members - £15
• Gate Price - £20 per person on the day.

EDIT: Okay, it's not ideal, but this is how it is going to have to go for this event to order tickets:

1. Order tickets through the shop as normal (please remember to adjust the quantity at check out, NOT when you select the tickets initially!);
2. Upon completion of the order, you should get the 'There's a problem with the seller's PayPal' message - you will not be charged!;
3. Log in to your PayPal account separately, and send the funds to payments@clubvr4.co.uk ;
4. Please quote your username and mention it's for JF2 tickets.

I'll match the PayPal details to the shop orders and manually update the shop - I will use the address details in the original order for posting.

I believe you have to also have a ticket. That's always been the case previously.

nev i will not be attending japfest II this year, i have just told vicky that i was going to book the entry and track time, and she asked when is it, and guess what she has just checked the calender and we go on holiday on the 16th august.
i am gutted, we are going on holiday with family and it will probably be the last holiday that my father in law will be able to come on with us due to bad health, and he is come up with me and vicky to scotland in my car on the saturday. so i can't get from scotland and back in a day.
gutted, gutted, gutted, how could i have got this wrong. i am missing japfest I due to wedding aniversary on the 8th so we are going out fro the weekend.

i will just have to find another track day/event to attend.

to be honest i thought we were going on holiday at the start of august, we book it last year in november sometime. i can't believe it.
oh well there alway next year for japfest II.
