Cheers Adam, I didn't even think about keeping the crossover pipes unpainted
Will get them fitted to the car early doors on Saturday and see how they look but from having them in front of me they look a pretty awesome colour match.

Body coloured calipers? Great minds think alike! That's what I have gone for. Trigger calipers with gunmetal Brembo logo! Looking good, need to find out how long mine will be.
Aha they certainly do Gib Just need to get the rears done at some point now.
I just hope to god this cures my horrendous brembo squeal haha
I found that mintex ceratec helped with the Brembo squeal. Got a few tubes kicking about somewhere. Give me a shout if you want some and I'll bob one in the post.
As I have said several times before You need to bed them in properly. http://www.clubvr4.com/forum/showthr...720#post740720 Take a bit of chalk point first down a blackboard and the result is very little friction and a loud screech. Rub it down sideways and the result is lots of friction and a shoooosh noise. Take six sticks of chalk down a blackboard point first the result is not much friction and lots of screech.Rub them up and down the board until all the points are flat and the friction increases dramaticaly and there is not much,if any, screech. Rub them up and down so hard they get very very hot and fuse together and you get loads of friction and a shooosh. Squealing brakes is generaly because they are not bedded in and that means they are not working at anything like their maximum potential. This applies to all brakes not just EBC.

Cheers Gib, just got the calipers fitted to the car (literally just now haha) I have lubed everything that touches something else (obviously not the face of the pads or the discs lol) Im taking her out tomorrow so will see what they are like but if I still hear the wailing banshee then I may take you up on that offer.
The first set of brakes I didnt quite bed in properly but Ive had 3 different sets of pads/disc that have all been bedded in as per the Brembo instructions but none have made a difference. If this rebuild hasn't worked I will probably try a Performance Friction setup and see how that fairs.
I will hopefully get some pics of the calipers fitted tomorrow as by the time I finished them tonight it was pitch black out.
Here are a couple pics of the blighters fitted:

Very subtle, colour looks spot on too! Just need to clean the insides of those alloys ;-)
Looks like my brakes will be back soon, it's only taken a year and a bit...

They looks very nice, I think I know why its take over a year to complete, brembo letters looks like they grown there :-)

It was the middle man at fault for the delay but they are being posted out to me tomorrow. I'm happy at how they have turned out but part of me doesn't want to fit them as they will get dirty and they look so nice and clean!
Looks good. I was going to get the VR-4 done in the same sort of colours as youve done the brembo ones but the guys said it didnt look right as you couldnt really see it so thats why I went with white instead. I do prefer that colour though.
